Hi, I’m Jenn—your event hostess, spice-shelf curator, and unapologetic fictional boyfriend enthusiast.
The idea for A Novel Affair first surfaced in March 2025 during a business mastermind for my other business (yes, I run two businesses and still find time to read 800-page novels in one sitting—balance is a flexible concept). I’ve always loved small, thoughtful bookish gatherings rooted in connection, so naturally I asked myself: why not build something around my other great love—romance novels?
I’m a reader first and an experience curator second, with a deep devotion to romance and fantasy and a genuine appreciation for stories of all kinds. Some of my earliest literary loves include Dragonriders of Pern and The Hobbit—worlds that taught me early on the power of escape, wonder, and longing.
A Novel Affair grew from that love into intimate book retreats and events designed for connection, indulgence, and deep exhale moments—because the best bookish experiences aren’t about escaping life—they’re about returning to the stories, and the parts of yourself, you love.
